Upcoming Events

bullet Due to lack of interest, we will not be attending the Black River District's Disabilities Awareness Camporee.
bullet The Fall Court of Honor will be held at the Senior Citizen's center.  All scouts, parents and their families are encouraged to attend. Please return the registration form by 10/16.  Your choice of sub sandwich is available for $6.50.
bullet The University of Scouting will be held Saturday 10/25 at the Randolph Middle School. There are more than 125 training sessions for adult and youth leaders.  All new den chiefs must take one of the Den Chief training courses.  Register online now.
bullet All adult leaders and interested parents can take Youth Protection and Boy Scout Fast Start training online.  Other training is also available.  First go to the training site and register.  If you enter your BSA id number (printed on your registration card), the site will track your training history.
bullet Please save your blue Acme supermarket receipts and bring them to any troop meeting or send them to Carmen Drew. Acme generously donates a percentage back to the troop.
bullet The Troop Equipment page tells you everything you need to do when you take equipment home after a trip.  There are also instruction sheets for tents and other equipment.
bullet Scouts working on Tenderfoot - 1st class requirements should read the Troop Guidelines for Tenderfoot - 1st Class.  The guide lists all of the requirements with explanations, notes and page references to the Scout handbook. This is a must read for new scouts and parents.
bullet You can work on merit badges throughout the year.  For helpful information you may want to look at the Introduction to Merit Badges.  If you need a merit badge pamphlet, check out the troop library.
bullet Scouts working on Star, Life, or Eagle must attend at least 1/3 of the outings and 1/2 of the meetings during the required 4 or 6 month period to meet the "Be active in your troop and patrol ..." requirement.
